Earl Krantz and Barry Layne had an idea; to give the average hunter a place to see how other working people on a budget enjoyed the outdoors and that you didn't have to be rich to have a great time. On Feb 2016, we started Po Boyz Outdoorz and posted it to Facebook. We started posting pictures of our hunting and fishing time, kills and catches, and just enjoying the outdoors.
Never in our wildest dreams would we have imagined, but people started following us and our page.. Friend requests and likes started coming and it seemed that there were more than just a few people that enjoyed what we did. What you see is what you get when it comes to us. Nothin’ fancy, just two old "Po" Southern "Boyz" having a great time and loving every minute we can spend "Outdoorz."
After my junior season, I was drafted in the 6th round by the Pittsburgh Pirates and chose to leave the school and sign with the Pirates before my senior season to fulfill my childhood dream. I've always been an occasional fisherman and hunter living in the country and appreciating the land and wildlife where I've grown up in Navasota, Texas. Playing professional baseball has given me more chances to be an avid fisherman with our spring training facilities located in Bradenton, Florida and even more chances to go duck hunting with our offseason being right in the middle of duck/deer season.

BARRY LAYNE
Hunting and fishing have been a part of my life since birth. Never do I feel closer to God than when I and sitting on a lake or in the woods. I am an avid hunter enjoying bow, muzzleloader and rifle hunting. My latest passion is Predator hunting. Coyote hunting is one of the most challenging and enjoyable types of hunting I have ever had the pleasure of doing. Along with that, you will often find me on the James river after Small mouth, Cats and Muskie. It really doesn't matter, as long as its fishing. From the Chesapeake Bay to the Mountain trout streams, my paradise is outdoors.
EARL KRANTZ
I have been hunting and fishing all my life. I love muzzleloader, rifle and bow hunting any creature that God put on this earth as bounty. When out in the woods, I`m at peace and away from the hustle and bustle of this world we know today. I can clear my head and enjoy what God created for our pleasure. You can catch me in a tree somewhere during the months of October-December hunting the whitetail deer. I have a great passion for spring gobbler hunting and plan on completing the grand slam of the four species found in America. The last adventure I have taken on is Predator hunting this is such an adrenaline rush. I would have to say hunting coyotes has been the biggest challenge to hunt. When it comes to the great outdoors whether hunting, fishing or just on a hike with friends or family that`s where I`m the happiest.
